Shipping
We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours on business working days (Monday-Friday). Obviously, US bank holidays are excluded- people got to rest!
Orders are via the carrier that has the best reliability and availability in your location. Carries can include USPS, FedEx or UPS. Whenever possible, shipping will include tracking.
International & Restricted Shipping
Shipping is not available for international orders, Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or APO/DPO/FPO addresses.
Shipping is only available to US customers (sans the exclusions above) currently but please reach out to hello@brasseye.co if you are an international customer and want to place a custom order.
Minimum order quantities will apply and the customer is responsible for all duties for any orders to areas outside of the 48 continental states.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged
Brass Eye, LLC is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages while in transit. Once the product leave our facility, it is the responsibility of the courier service and lost, stolen or damaged package issues need to be handled with the courier service used.
Returns or Exchange
Full refund on returns are available within 15 days of purchase.
All returns must be sent by a delivery service with tracking.
All items must be in its original, unused condition with all original tags, packaging, and accessories included.The item must not show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse.
To process a return: simply follow the link, enter your order details, choose the reason for the return and select your preferred return method (refund or exchange).

Please note, you are responsible for all return or exchange shipping charges, and the cost of a return label will be deducted from your store credit or charged at the time of processing.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you want to exchange an item for a different color or size, please complete the return process above and then reorder the item you desire. We want you to get your new item as fast as possible and this ensures you will.

Warranty Exchange
Our lifetime warranty policy applies to all claims submitted. To submit a warranty claim, email returns@brasseye.co. To be eligible for a claim, you must be the original purchaser of the eyewear, submit a receipt of purchase and mail the original product in question to us for warranty evaluation.
The lifetime warranty only applies to manufacturer defects and absolutely no warranties, refunds or replacements will be approved for user misuse, abuse, damage, destruction, neglect or lack of care.
So, if you run them over with your tractor or drop them on the driveway or hit them with an axe or leave them outside under hellish weather or shoot them with a gun or put them in a fire or lend them to a careless friend or in any other way shape or form cause the damage, that would obviously NOT qualify for a replacement.
But if we receive the item and the product itself has failed from a manufacturer error, we will strive to approve your warranty and promptly send you a new pair if it qualifies!
